If you are shaped like a pear you have a noteworthy health benefit over the individuals who are shaped like an apple. Both shapes may have body image issues but the truth is that the pear-shapes are not really facing significant health risks. If you are shaped like an apple it is urgent that you do what you can to drop the excess fat. Intensify your cardio exercise and make sure that you are eating a fiber-rich diet consisting of more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes and include lean protein sources like fish and skinless chicken.
If you are an apple shape on the other hand, you do have an advantage in the weight loss department. Spare fat around your center region tends to come off much quicker and easier than the fat in the butt and thighs. Butt and thigh fat is much more obstinate and it takes much more perseverance to get it to finally come off.
The type of body that you have is not something that you can control but you can do whatever is necessary to lose the excess fat or even better, of course, is to not gain it in the first place.
