PC system is composed of the hardware, software and the other many peripheral gadgets. Specifically, a PC system is comprised of four main elements-the application programs, the operating system or OS, the hardware and the user of the computer. The hardware like the monitor, optical drivers like CD or DVD drivers, random access memory or RAM, system bus, keyboard and sound device. The application programs include the word processor, the spreadsheets, the web browsers and compilers. And the OS or operating system might be the Windows or Linux. All of these important things work together to for the efficiency of PC system.
The hardware such as the memory, central processing unit or CPU, plus the input and output devices, gives the essential computing resources of PC system. The application programs like the spreadsheets, web browsers, compilers and word processors, define the means wherein the resources are utilized to fix the computing problems of the user. Moreover, the operating system is the program that controls the hardware of the computer and also the computer system resources. Also, the OS gives a foundation for application programs and performs as a mediator between the computer hardware or the computer system and the user. Though the OS itself does not have helpful function but gives a setting wherein other programs can perform helpful task. Hence the OS is a vital part of the computer system.
The program users are carried out by the computer system. In the system, both the hardware and software works in harmonious system. It gives a fixed performance and uniformity to the computer system. The PC system functions many modules in unison. Therefore, it is never unusual for a computer system to be exhausted. The systems are inclined to make vulnerable mistakes and inaccuracies, which can sometimes place some significant data in danger. Hence the entire system’s performance is also put to risk.
PC tools can provide much important information about the condition of the computer system. The information may be in the type of histogram, graph or report. Using such information can be a great help in searching and fixing problems. In due course the user add and eliminate devices, drivers and software, the system would be left with an irrelevant registry entry system, which can cause to the slower function of the computer. The user can utilize PC tools that can aid to clean the entries and initiate in making the OS to work faster.
An example of the PC tools that search for combined fragmented folder and files and local volumes is the disk defragmenter. If you perform a regular disk defragmenter your PC will surely function much better. By simply defragging your hard drive will already organize your hard drive therefore accessing programs and files can be a lot more efficient.
Other examples of PC tools are shared folders, event viewer, local groups and users, performance alerts and logs and of course the device manager. All of these tools can help organizing the performance of the computer system.
